Chandwadkar
Residence
A home rooted in heritage. Warm, crafted, and deeply Maharashtrian.
Heritage Meets Contemporary Ease
The Chandwadkar Residence is a conversation between tradition and modernity. Round arched doorways frame every movement, warm walnut wood anchors every surface, and a rich green velvet sofa anchors the soul of the living space.
Designed for a Nashik family with deep Maharashtrian roots, this home holds its heritage with pride. Not as decoration, but as identity. The result is a space alive with memory and a quiet, confident sense of belonging.
Experience the Space
Living & Dining
The living and dining zones flow seamlessly through the home's signature round-arched opening, a motif that runs through every threshold. Warm cove lighting, a handwoven pendant lamp, and carved wooden dining chairs create a setting that feels festive on an ordinary Tuesday.
The arched niche in the dining area, clad in a gold-accent marble panel, anchors the space with an ornamental boldness that is entirely and proudly Indian.

A Wall of Identity
At the living room's focal point hangs a curated tribute to Maharashtrian pride: a portrait of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj flanked by carved wooden warrior figures, with a ceremonial bow displayed on a custom teak ledge.
This is not decoration. It is an architectural declaration of identity. The home's values and heritage made permanently, beautifully visible.

The Master
Suite
The master bedroom is a sanctuary of soft neutrals and warm wood. A custom arched full-length mirror in walnut frames the dressing corner, paired with semicircular floating shelves holding watercolour prints and ceramic vases.
The wardrobe wall in cream and wood, with an open display niche for plants and books, is as beautiful as it is functional. A daily reminder that storage need not sacrifice soul.

Craft in Every Corner
No detail is too small. Every bracket, handle, and vignette is a considered act of design.

The Child's Room
The child's room balances personality with purpose. A navy blue daybed beneath an airplane silhouette, a custom slatted walnut coffee table, and a built-in study nook with warm LED lighting make work feel like play.
The wardrobe doors, with teal glass inserts and circular concentric handles, cast dramatic shadows in daylight and are a design highlight in their own right.

The Pooja Space
The mandir unit, with its arched glass doors glowing amber from within, sits at the home's spiritual centre. Traditional motifs, careful curation, and warm illumination make this a space of deep meaning within a decidedly contemporary context.
Placed near the main entry, every arrival and departure is framed by the divine. It is architecture that knows its purpose.
Every Corner, Considered.
